About PizzaNearMe
PizzaNearMe helps people in Great Britain find pizza near them, see what's known about each place, and compare prices fairly. We list 13,120 places across 342 towns and cities.
Why we built it
Choosing a pizza place should be simple, but useful information is scattered. Delivery apps only show their own partners. "Best of" lists cover a handful of places. Headline prices don't tell you much, because a 14-inch pizza has almost twice the area of a 10-inch. We wanted one place that covers independents and chains together, and is honest about what it knows.
What makes us different
- We show our sources. Each listing says where its details came from and when they were checked.
- We don't guess. If we don't know a price, opening time, or service, we say so.
- We compare like for like. Only the same pizza at the same stated size. Read how our rankings and comparisons work.
- We don't sell rankings. Paid placements are labelled, and they don't change search results.
Where our information comes from
Our listings start from public Food Standards Agency hygiene records and OpenStreetMap, and restaurants can add their own details and menus. See our data sources for what each one covers, and where the gaps are. We also write original guides, including analysis of our own data.
How we make money
Listings are free for restaurants, and we don't take orders or commission. We earn money from labelled sponsored placements and from advertising, including ads served by Google. Advertisers don't influence our listings, guides, or rankings.
Meet Mozz
Mozz is our mascot, a cheerful slice who's usually looking for something, measuring something, or lost. You'll find Mozz around the site.
