Advertising
We don't currently show third-party ads. If we start, we'll update this policy first, and ask for your consent where required.
Who we share data with
We use service providers for hosting, email, postcode lookups, and map images. Map images load from our map provider when you open a map, and that provider can see your IP address. We don't sell your personal data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Your location is cleared when you clear it or your session ends. Account data stays until you delete your account. We review messages, claim evidence, and logs, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
People named in business listings
Listings come from public business records and open data. If a listing shows personal information about you, such as a home address, tell us and we'll review it promptly.
Your rights
You have rights under UK data protection law, including to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to some uses, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to use them. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
This site is for a general audience and isn't directed at children under 13. Restaurant accounts are for adults running a business.
