Terms of use
About these terms
These terms apply when you use PizzaNearMe, which is run by the operator of this website ("we"). By using the site, you agree to them.
What PizzaNearMe is
A directory of pizza restaurants. We don't sell food, take orders, or handle payments. Any order you place is between you and the restaurant.
Accuracy
Details and prices come from the sources shown on each listing and can change or be wrong. Check with the restaurant before relying on them, especially for allergies. Allergy and dietary labels are only a guide. Hygiene ratings can change, so check the Food Standards Agency website for the current rating.
Restaurant accounts
- You may only claim or manage a business you're authorised to represent.
- What you submit must be accurate and lawful. You must have the right to use any photos or text you upload.
- You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish what you submit on this service.
- We may review, edit, reject, or remove submissions, and suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Advertising and sponsored placements
The site shows labelled sponsored placements and third-party ads. They don't affect search results or editorial rankings. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites. Sponsored placements are subject to our approval, on terms we agree separately.
Using our site
Don't try to disrupt the service, or to access accounts or data that aren't yours. Don't click ads you have no genuine interest in, or encourage others to.
Our liability
We provide the site as a free information service and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of it, or from any restaurant's food or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of your local law, and you may bring proceedings there.
