Our data sources
We list 13,120 places today. Here's where the information comes from, and what it can and can't tell you.
What this means for accuracy
- Which places we list. Most listings start from food hygiene records, found by business name, and from OpenStreetMap places tagged as serving pizza. We can still miss restaurants, and some listed places mainly sell other food.
- Northern Ireland. We don't cover Northern Ireland yet.
- Menus and prices. These come from restaurants or our team. We don't copy them from delivery apps, and we don't estimate them.
- Hours and services. These come from restaurants or OpenStreetMap, which volunteers edit, so check before you travel. Unless a listing shows them, we don't know them. We never treat "not known" as "no".
- Hygiene ratings. These can change after any inspection. Each listing shows when we last checked, and links to the FSA for the current rating.
